Choose a provider, add its API key as a Cloudflare secret, then verify `/api/signals/health`. Until then, the board clearly stays in simulation mode.

When to use this PowerShell setup
Use this after you have chosen a market-data provider, created its account, copied the provider API key, and signed in to Cloudflare/Wrangler for the Pages project. The script creates a safe default working folder on the customer's C: drive, but asks permission to change it before doing anything.
- Create a provider account and copy the API key.
- Open PowerShell on the customer's computer and run the generated setup block.
- Accept the default folder

SIMULATION_MODE=falseafter `/api/signals/health` confirms fresh quotes. - Keep the current publisher disclaimer; only remove the simulation banner when the provider is verified.
